What we look for:

Military, law enforcement, or security background is great, though not a requirement. We are less interested in what you are than who you are. Our most successful protectors come from a variety of backgrounds and have succeeded because they are honest, willing to learn, and work hard.

Our standards are high, and all candidates will be required to undergo a rigorous assessment prior to joining the company. Those who are successful will receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training program.

key REQUIREMENTS 

Events time

Candidates are allotted two minutes to meet the push-ups requirement, and then another two minutes to complete the crunches requirement. The 800m run must be completed within the time parameters set by age group.

 Culture

Our culture is embodied by three aspects of our work:

(1) Do I know my job?

(2) Do I have the training/equipment to do my job?

(3) Is myself, environment and client safe?

6 months of training, mentoring, instructing, and certification will enable you to be eligible for promotions laddering to position of Security Staff Leader.
